Ransom War is a fantasy card game similar to

the classic game of War!  I always enjoyed the

card game "War" when I was a child and played it frequently.  As an adult I also played it with my nieces and friends.   It is a fun game, but simplistic. 

I love fantasy games and Dungeons and Dragons type games so I decided to make a game like "War" but with a fantasy theme. With Ransom War you can relive the excitement of traditional war magnified 1000 times!  No longer do you simply match high and low numbers for an outcome.  Now you can battle it out rolling dice and comparing unique stats and special abilities on fantasy creatures to see who wins each battle and, at the end of the game, it is not just about who has the most cards, but how much total gold those cards are worth.  Some units, like the goblin, might only be worth one gold coin  but the mighty dragon is worth 10 gold coins!
 

This game is going to kick starter some time in May and I would be very happy if you consider  purchasing a copy from that site  so you can relive the joy you had as a kid playing "War" but now at a more exciting level!  Thank you for your support!
